Working principle of electric lubrication pump
The reduction motor is fixed on the connecting flange with the pump device, drives the sliding fork to make a linear reciprocating motion through the driving eccentric shaft, and drives the spiral oil pressure plate and oil scraper to rotate clockwise (there is no such mechanism for using lubricating oil), and the softened lubricating grease is evenly pressed around the oil suction port of the pump installation.
There are two groups of pistons in the body. Each group of pistons is composed of 1 working piston and 2 control piston. When the working piston in one group completes the oil absorption process, the working piston in the other group presses the grease to the oil outlet. As shown in the figure below, when the sliding fork moves to the left, the upper group of pistons complete oil suction and the lower group of pistons complete oil pressure,
Start a new work cycle. At this time, the lower group of pistons 1 and 2 move to the left. Under the action of spring force, piston 2 reaches the limit position and closes the outlet, while piston 1 continues to move to the left. At this time, a vacuum is formed between piston 2 and 1, and its vacuum increases with the left movement of piston 1. The sliding fork moves to the limit position. Piston 1 opens the oil suction port, and the lubricating grease is sucked from the oil suction port. If the spring force is insufficient, If piston 2 is not pushed to the limit position, push rod 3 will forcibly press piston 2 to the limit under the push of sliding fork
At the same time, the upper group of pistons 1, 2 and 3 move to the left. Piston 1 closes the oil suction port first, and the sucked lubricating grease moves to the left under the push of piston 1. When piston 2 opens the oil outlet, the movement of piston 2 and push rod 3 stops, piston 1 continues to move to the left to press the lubricating grease out of the oil outlet, piston 1 2 the contact sliding fork has also moved to the limit position to complete half a cycle. In this cycle, the two groups of pistons alternately press the lubricating grease out of the oil outlet, and the pressed lubricating grease is filtered by the filter on the connecting flange of the pump device and then supplied to the system.
